Baked Cinnamon Apples

3 medium apples, cored and sliced (leave the peel on)
1 tablespoon Splenda brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons fat free French Vanilla liquid coffee creamer
2 tablespoons water
¼ cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350°F
Put all ingredients in a gallon plastic zipper bag and shake until apples are evenly covered.
Place in an 8" x 6" x 2" glass casserole dish and cover with foil.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm.
Can be served with fat free whipped topping.
Makes about 6 servings.

  1. Make sure you use real Cinnamon in your recipe and reduce on the Sugar.

    The Cinnamon sold in the US is Cassia and has a high content of coumarin
